PAYMENT INFORMATION
Due to internet security concerns Health First Transport of Atlanta does not wish to gather your credit card information online.  Instead we ask you to contact our office with this valuable information.  You will be able to set up an account at that time.  Creating an account allows you to skip all of the forms each time you need to make a reservation.  All that is needed is to call and schedule a pick up and authorize your payment using the credit card on file.

Reservations cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.  Health First Transport of Atlanta will contact you to confirm reservation.

FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION

Here are a few guidelines to simplify reservations
THE 7:00 PM RULE:

All orders for next business day must be received by 4:00PM local time the day before to guarantee availability and scheduling. Any orders submitted after 7:00PM are not guaranteed and are subject to cancellation.


SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS:

All Same Day Reservations need to be called into the Support Center at (678) 651-1002 to ensure availability and expedite your request.  Please note that all same day reservations are payable immediately when booking.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Health First Transport of Atlanta, we know life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled and/or rescheduled. We also know your time is valuable - and so is ours.

Please make sure that when you need to cancel or change an appointment you do so at least twenty four (24) hours prior to its pick-up time to avoid being charged up to the full amount of the service(s) scheduled.
